Enterprise transnational operation is both inevitable trend of economicdevelopment and main sign of global economic integration. With reform and opennessfor30years, China enterprises constantly participated in world competition asfollowing world development. There is a key factor that been found in the process ofChina enterprise transnational operation is culture integration. Thus, it’s necessary toexplore the research on problems of culture integration that in order to improve theChina enterprise status and image of international economy.First of all there is analysis of important significance and difficult points onChina enterprise culture integration, which basis on description of related concepts inculture integration, and introduction of theories by domestics and overseas. Then itshowed existing problems and affection as the example of Company Z, sub-branch inE country. On the basis of SWOT analysis also combine with macro and microeconomy that located in the culture environment, it worked out a target of cultureintegration that is mutual respect, be open and lenient, common development, andachieved by efficiency combination on Chinese culture, culture of country E,management of culture integration and staffs. During the implementation processthere also has to adjust in different new situations, which can be set up localizedculture that correspond to Company Z developed in Country E. In addition, here is adiscussion on how to manage transnational operation, and give out successfulprospective Country E, Z branch company to itself development and economic&culture development.
