Design Of Modulation Mode Recognition Based On Sofware Radio

In modern digital communication receiving system, one of the important links isthe recognition of input signal modulation mode. It is researched that neural networkrecognition technology and its realization in software radio platform. And the softwareradio modulation mode recognition system is designed.After the analysis of eight kinds of modulation mode such as ASK, FSK and AM,the characteristic parameters are calculated by instantaneous amplitude, frequency andphase. With the BP arithmetic of neural network technology, the designed networkprocesses characteristic parameters and recognized modulation mode. In software radioplatform, it is designed that the signal produce and pretreatment module, characteristicparameters extraction module and classification module.Through the test of modulation mode recognition system, it is verified andanalyzed that the recognition results in specific SNR environment.
