Research On ECT System Based Impedance Analyzer

Electrical capacitance tomography (Electrical capacitance tomography, referred to asECT) in the past thirty years of rapid development has become one of the imaging meansmature. ECT implementation process: change of dielectric properties of pipe or containerwithin the different medium changes will cause changes in the electrical properties,dielectric in ECT imaging is reflected in the variation of capacitance, the capacitance valueof the change in the PC software through the reconstruction process, so as to obtain thedistribution image of the measured medium region. This technology has the advantages ofsimple structure, low cost, belongs to nondestructive testing field, and has been applied inindustrial research results achieved many encouraging, particularly in the oil and gasindustry. ECT consists of2D and3D, the three-dimensional ECT as the research object,the main difficulties of3D ECT system is a collection of small capacitance changes, thispaper analyses the impedance analyzer in3D capacitance tomography for smallcapacitance value huge advantage acquisition, QT software as a practical developmentplatform of PC, with emphasis on the hardware constitution of electrical capacitancetomography system, and the system impedance analyzer based on ECT to realize the staticthree-dimensional image acquisition.In this paper, the design of3D electrical capacitance tomography system WK65120Bimpedance analyzer based on the system, mainly composed of a capacitance sensor shieldcapacitance impedance analyzer, were collected, multiplex switching system to achievechannel switching and automatic acquisition of multi channel plate, QT WINDOWSsoftware development platform of PC system components based on. Through the QTsoftware control of multiplex switching system and impedance analyzer, can not affect themeasurement accuracy under the premise, realize capacitance12plate3D capacitancesensor value automatic measurement and save the data in computer. At the same time, inorder to facilitate the communication between master and slave computers, this paper designed the image reconstruction module on QT platform, the reconstructed images in theMATLAB software to achieve the display accurately transplantation on QT platform.Under laboratory conditions, the stability and reliability of the system is analyzed, thePC software has been operating performance test, and the whole ECT system of staticimage formation ability test. The experimental results show that, this system can measurethe multi-channel capacitance value, has a certain stability and reliability; using softwarewritten in QT, can realize the three-dimensional image reconstruction and display.
