In message send, construction bureau users could send the message to be processed, and view information reception. In the credit file management, construction bureau users could add and check file integrity. The whole real estate project management system achieves the project manual, area review and a series of process management process of real estate development. Functions of system are relatively perfect.System test results show that the system substantially completed the needs in Tai’an City Construction Bureau real estate project management system. Using modern paperless office concept not only realizes management and addition of corporate integrity files, but also protects system unified and resource sharing, improving the staff’s efficiency of Tai’an City Construction Bureau, reducing a lot of operations that are duplication and no technical content, reducing work pressure for Tai’an City construction Bureau staff, making a greater contribution to promote the development of real estate projects in Tai’an City.
