In recent years, with the increasing development of communication technologyfrom3G to4GLte, the smart mobile phone as the frontier represents of mobilecommunication technology is popular among many IT industries. In order to be morecompetitive, all IT industries have made hard to promote its mobile phone fromappearance, quality and multimedia aspects, which make smartphone potential prospectin market.In this thesis, we realize the transplantation of smart camera module driver onMT6589platform as well as analyze the phenomenon of brightness’s falling off near theperiphery in the image,which is caused by the the slanting ray bundle entering to thesystem on camera tunning part.Then puting forward an optimization algorithm of edgeluminance compensation algorithm.The algorithm improved the traditional theoryfrom three aspects and have been used in samert phone.First of all, in order to improvethe precision of reference data we collect the raw image information in differentenvironment including hight temperature, midlle temperature and low temperature.Second, this paper turns the RGB map image to YCbCr map image and just stores Yvalue of radical direction parameter, as a result, saving the storage pace. At last in orderto simplifies the large amount of calculation of traditional theory we adopt the idea oflinear fitting.Finally, this paper validates the function effects of Camera Module indluding theLens light fall off problem.With the result,we found the algorithm is useful in improvingthe lens light fall off phenomenon.
