3D shape dynamic measurement is essential to the study of machine vision, hydromechanics, high-speed rotation, deformation of material. In recent years, optical three-dimensional measurement of dynamic objects has become a hot topic. Various optical measurement method has been rapid development. With the development and advantage of the projected grating method, the main work of this dissertation is based on it.The focus of this dissertation is on how to make a dynamic3-D measurement system. Related knowledge, researches and techniques are imported, such as GPU Parallel Computing, DLP projection techniques and so on. The main content of this research are listed below:First, the basic method of three-dimensional measurement was summarized, and then we study the method of solve the phase map. A PCA algorithm for solving phase map is proposed. The study includes solving multi-frame image and single image using PCA algorithm. In order to find the global symbol used in the first and second main component of PCA, a solution was proposed.the presence of parallel image arithmetic operation is not a lot of correlation between the pixels, the calculation is traditional computing CPU which is not so fast. In this area GPU computing has more power than the CPU computing. For improving the operation speed of these operations, this paper studies the GPU computing features and application of three-dimensional shape measurement. First how to use CUDA to develop GPU parallel program was studied, and then apply the computing to the actual phase demodulation algorithm, based on the equipment features we have to for the optimize and accelerate the algorithm.In order to solve the problem of high-speed synchronous projection, this paper analyzes the current research in the projection technology, DLP projection technology has been taken as a solution. DLP LIGHTCRAFER was selected as an actual projection device. Based on the knowledge above-mentioned, this paper introduced a dynamic measurement system, the system software uses VC++as develop environment and use CUDA GPU as accelerated algorithms.
