Study On Folksonomy Opinions Summarization In Session Text For Online Public Negotiated Decision

In recent years, with the steady progress of Chinese democratic political construction, it will be normal that the parties of participating in public affairs group make decision under conditions of negotiation, so the introduction of deliberative democracy becomes particularly necessary。 The inherent drawbacks of traditional crowd gathering substantive form increasingly apparent, and the rapid development of network technology makes online negotiation possible. Many scholars who have said it would be a democratic form of innovation and trend。 But online deliberation for public decisions, whether at home or abroad, has not a mature application example。 Of course, we are very pleased to see, in2013, Guangzhou legislative hearings firstly moved to the Internet, voice users have been fully admitted, making a solid step forward for democratic consultation, whether in theory or application。 This paper analysis the relevant literature of opinion summarization home or abroad, describes the steps and methods of online deliberation text opinion summarization for public consultation。 Meanwhile, it analysis of the existing techniques, including carve words, parsing, extracting the basic elements and perspectives redundancy tendency。 Finally, through network, I searched the empirical material, after certain structure processing, and quoting existed methods, combined with the characteristics of the session text made targeted improvements, after parsing, extracting the basic elements and sentence score calculation and make redundant processing, form the folksonomy opinion summarization under conditions of public consultation for different crowd。 The experimental results show that this method has good effect, while the larger topic coverage, redundancy smaller, this paper provides a viable reference model for the study and application of the practice session。...
