Based on the Suzhou Medical Scientific Foundation Non-invasive roboticradiosurgery system based on research of image navigation, this issue worked on thekey technology ofthree-dimensional reconstruction and registration betweentwo-dimensional and three-dimensional to achieve intraoperative registration.This issue has two parts of works: the first part is that a three-dimensionalreconstruction software was designed based on VC and VTK.This softwareprovidestechnical support forpreoperative planning, intraoperative registration andreal-time navigation, and the software implements some features, like measuring, modelcutting and model simplified; the second part is registration technology between X-rayimage and three-dimensional model. The paper completed digitally reconstructedradiograph by ray tracing, and got the position transformation relationship between X-rayimage and DRR image by using mutual information as similarity measure. Finally, thepaper implements the2D-3D registration by using image preprocessing, digitallyreconstructed radiograph and image registration technology.This paper designed an experiment about three-dimensional reconstruction and2D-3D registration. The experiment discussed how to establish the coordinate system andreduce the parameter and analyzed the result of the experiment. The result is satisfying. |
