In recent years, the application of non-destructive detecting techniques has been extend tothe transport field. However, the development of non-destructive detecting technology in thetransport field has not reached a mature stage. Especially in the individual detection station,the vehicles detection method is immaturity. Therefore, this paper puts the X-ray detectingtechnology into vehicles detection. Then design and improve X-ray detection algorithms, anduse X-ray detection technology to design the vehicle detection system based on X-ray.In the X-ray graphic pre-processing, this paper collectes X-ray intensity matrix standardoriginal data, removing redundant data, eliminating the additive interference by the baselinevector method; Transform the X-ray intensity matrix into the X-ray graphic; Improve standardhistogram equalization graphic enhancement algorithms, in order to reduce the lack of aneffective response signal of the standard histogram equalization graphic gray stretch andpropose histogram equalization graphic gray stretch based on the effective field for X-raygraphic enhancement; Merge those algorithms and output the high-quality X-ray graphicconversed from the initial data of the X-ray.In the design of the vehicle detection system based on X-ray, this paper designs vehicledetection system consists of ray scanning module, ray data module, ray imaging module,image pre-processing module and multi-feature fusion detection module. Ray scanningmodule scan the vehicle by X-ray; Ray data module normalizes the ray data and reduce theinterference data; ray imaging module transform the X-ray data into the X-ray graphic; imagepre-processing module use the histogram equalization optimized X-ray images based oneffective region; multi-feature fusion detection module uses the two-dimensional codecharacteristics and the morphological edge detection. While designing the vehicle detectionsystem, solving a number of issues of X-ray imaging, optimization and detecting.In subsequent work, the author will improve the shortcomings in the algorithm design ofX-ray detection system and implement of the vehicle detection system.
