Quantum communication is an interdisciplinary field, which has been developed in recent twenty years. Combining quantum theory and information theory, it is the hot pot and forward field in the current communication and information industry at home and abroad. It is no doubt that quantum communication study will come to the direction of multi-user and point to multi-point as the research goes on. For multi-user quantum communication system, signaling is an essential and important component. However, current research on quantum signaling has not yet commence. Firstly, the paper explained some basic concept and theory in quantum communication, such as qubit, quantum entanglement, quantum operation, quantum measurement and so on. A kind of entanglement signaling handover strategy among different sector antennas in the same cell based on the entanglement degree calculation was put forward after that. The simulations were given as well, which show that the proposed handover strategy has high reliability. Basing on quantum signaling repeater strategy purposed, a bus network model was given. It shows that quantum signaling transmission success rate increasing apparently after repeater added. After analysed signaling switching process under circumstance that quantum terminal are connected in the same switches and different switches respectively, quantum switching strategy was proposed. The simulation results show that throughput rate has a close relationship with swapping measurement success rate. The quantum signaling switches throughput rates raise exponent-liked with the raising of measurement success rate. The quantum signaling switches throughput rates raises as the measurement time reduce on the condition of constant measurement success rate. At last, the full paper is summarized.
