Emergency drills make an essential part in improving emergency response capacity, which generally divide into two types of actual maneuvers and virtual practice. The virtual reality simulation technology has been used in the current virtual drills, with fidelity, flexibility, safety, which is being a focused field in the emergency management research. The effect evaluation of the virtual drill makes the key point of the whole process, thus, this paper will focuses on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation techniques of virtual drills.Due to the factors related in drill events are relatively complex, and there are s ome associations and hierarchical relationships between these factors. So, using fuzzy knowledge rules inference method to make the virtual drill index factors more reaso nable and complete, applying the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a eva luation model for the virtual drill index factors, forming a virtual drill application pla tform with a comprehensive evaluation feature.This paper focuses on the study of comprehensive evaluation techniques of virtu al drill, the technology is defining the uncertainty knowledge coming up in simulated emergencies, including concept, fact and rule, the rule refers to the description of the cause and effect between the thing’s premise and conclusion; we take semi-auto matic way to obtain knowledge, including from the safety-related emergency experien ced experts, refined and practical knowledge; In the process of uncertain knowledge description, fuzzy linguistic variables, vague language expressions and fuzzy rule are mainly applied, then these pieces of knowledge are transformed into the cause and ef fect, which can become a productional rules collection, that;s knowledge rule databas e. After that, if there is an automatic conflict, it can be removed after selecting the appropriate matching rules in the database, if thare is no conflict,the reasoning resu Its will continue to be added to the rule database until the completion of all the rule s of inference. According to the results of the virtual objects and inference rules,det ermine the level ofdrill evaluation, objectives, scope and factor, the level includes th ree evaluations, the level of the target evaluations,, criteria evaluations, and indicator evaluation; goal is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of virtual drill; range has thre e parts:First, the drill platform factors, and the indicator evaluation includes four ind icator evaluations, virtual scene fidelity, fire model reasonability, fire path complexity, etc; Second, the emergency management department assessment factors, the indicator evaluations includes eight indicator evaluations,the successful of fire-fighting and oper ations process, the reasonable degree of emergency; Third, Enterprise unit drills factor s, the indicator evaluation includes eight indicator evaluations, familiarity with fire eq uipment, fire theoretical knowledge, illegal operation rate. In turn based on the imp ortance and relevance of these rules twenty indicators to determine the weight, the use of entropy method to correct the weights, and then set up a comprehensive eval uation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Index weights fuzzy matrix operations, and ultimately get the evaluation exerciseFinally, by applying a virtual prototype system in petrochemical plant emergency drill, to a certain extent, it shows that, it has achieved a comprehensive evaluation of the virtual drill platform and a more reasonable standard, with a great application value...
