Marketing is the most frequently word in the process of market economy. It is a systemprocess of enterprises that from the market research of production to after sale service. Inrecent years, museum operators put the enterprise marketing reference to the museum, andreceive good effect, but its operation doesn’t reach the expected purpose. If the museumwants grasp the market better, participate in the competition and improve the operatingability, we should do a good job in marketing strategy research. That is to say, in theconstantly changing environment of market economy, we need to study the changingtendency of the market demand, observe the market and competitors and meet the needs ofthe vast number of consumers. All above is the effective way to realize the economicbenefits museum.From the marketing practice, based on related theory of marketing strategy of foreignwell-known museum, development strategies suited to the actual conditions of ManchukuoPalace Museum is proposed in this paper. The innovative marketing mode of developmenthas the vital significance to the formulation and implementation of Manchukuo PalaceMuseum Marketing Strategy。It is expected to play a good reference role for the study on themarketing of domestic museums. Promote the dissemination of China culture in the world.At the same time, the museum can support itself, no longer rely on government funding andfind an innovative management road.
