With the rapid development of the High-speed Railway(HSR), the communication service quality of HSR communication system is demanded more by people. Wireless channel is an important medium of the information transmit in the communication system, which is also a significant part of communication system. In order to study the communication system deeper and promote its development for people’s demands, the wireless channel model is crucial. Scenarios, HSR wireless communication environment has become more complex, channel parameter measurement choice faces more challenges. To study of communication system suitable for high mobility environment of demodulation, channel estimation and equalization anti-jamming technology, wireless channel model that is suitable for high-speed environment is very important.At first, this paper discussed the characteristics of the HSR wireless channel, it introduced the large-scale fading and small-scale fading model and related decline. Based on correlation channel theory, channel characteristic of High-speed Railway are analyzed, including the path loss Doppler frequency shift delay spread, etc., for the average of narrow-band channel model and broadband channel model the paper had also done a brief introduction. Then, we contrasted the general channel characteristics and channel characteristic of High-speed Railway, introducing the Nakagami fading, and summarized several kinds of modeling method to generate Nakagami fading channel.Then, this article is based on a novel HSR channel model Qian Liu model, starting from Xiao model research, compared the two models. The Qian Liu, a model was improved to make it have the better applicability. In this article, One of the most important improvement is introducing the Nakagami fading in Qian Liu, the statistical characteristics of the improved model are analyzed in the simulation. Additionally, the broadband random channel model of high speed railway is also studied, mainly based on the analysis of TDL model, which reflects the unique characteristic of high-speed broadband channel model.Subsequently, basing on the Nakagami fading MIMO channel modeling and simulation of HSR is introduced. For the MIMO channel, we studied the correlation of MIMO channel, focusing attention on how to model, from simple to complex, step by step, Finally, the Nakagami fading MIMO channel for HSR channel model is set up.
