With the development of urban and the increasing of populations, our country’s urban rail transit construction has entered a period of highly developed, and in the later decades, it will be an important area of urban construction. The Integrated Supervisory Control System(ISCS) of Metro is an automated and integrated system developed for metro, it integrated or interconnected some subsystem, such as Building Automatic System (BAS), Fire Alarm System(FAS), Power Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(PSCADA) System, Public Address(PA) System, Platform Screen Door(PSD)System, Signal(SIG) System and so on. It can clearly be seen, as an important part of operation command center, the personnel’s professional skills of the ISCS jobs directly affect the level of the metro operation service. Facing the rapid development of urban rail transit, the lack of experienced, qualified Metro-related professional operators is increasingly prominent, the traditional approach to training is more focused on theory, having small practice operation, difficult to carry out emergency management training under a variety of emergencies. The traditional training methods have low efficiency and high cost, it is difficult to solve the current huge demand, therefore, we design the Integrated Supervisory Control Simulation and Training System, to solve the above problems.This article first provides an overview of the ISCS, defines the work content of the ISCS related operators, from the perspective of training ISCS related operators, combining the characteristics of the integrated supervisory simulation and training system, defines the demand of the integrated supervisory simulation and training system; Then concretely introduces the overall architecture of the integrated supervisory simulation and training system, discusses the function and achievement of the subsystem, such as faculty system, student system, server system and database system, and emphatically expounds the key technology in the process of design, such as visual object-oriented database storage, general design of the system peripheral modules and so on; On that base, for the part of the core functional modules such as environment parameter model(temperature, water level, etc.) of BAS, safe evacuation and fire model of FAS, smoke control and so on, this article carries on the detailed design and implementation.On the simulation of the partial core functional modules, this paper first analyzes the factors that influence the station environmental parameters and tunnel temperature, according to the classification of the factors simplifies the mathematical model, on that base, this paper proposed simulation algorithm; subsequently, this paper carries out a detailed analysis of fire model, according to the fire smoke concentration model for smoke ventilation plans by domestic and international fire burning test, and according to the fire heat release rate equation commonly used in fire research project, this paper presents a simulation algorithm of fire smoke concentration and fire temperature for fire alarm. Simulation algorithm takes into account not only the changing of the smoke concentration, temperature, water level and other parameters in the fire control process, but also takes into account the impact of the train for the above model, making the results more convincing.Finally this paper measures and analyses above simulation algorithm, simulation results reflect the trend of the simulation parameters in a variety of conditions, and guide the student operations, and thus achieve the purpose of training.
