Recently, micro electro mechanical system is becoming mature gradually, which have asignificant position in many territories. Micro inertial sensitive components possess theadvantages of small size, low power consumption, fast response, light weight, low cost, highreliability, high sensitivity, good safety, etc. Attitude detection system uses STM32processor todo real-time acquisition, execution, and processing data from the micro inertial unit, which wasbased on three-axis accelerometer, the combination of the three-axis gyroscope as micro inertialmeasurement unit, then make multi-sensor data fusion according to the attitude algorithm, andfinally calculate real-time current carrier attitude information.This article analyzes the applied research and development of MEMS at domestic and abroadat the beginning, introduces the future development trend of MEMS in brief, and summarizes thedesign principle based on MEMS gyro attitude detection system. This paper states the designtheory and dynamic posture renewal theory based on MEMS gyroscope attitude detection system,discusses the coriolis force from the traditional gyroscope theory, and finally detail introducesthe attitude matrix theory method, attitude calculation method and attitude updating theory andcalculated from the perspective of the basic theory of inertial coordinate system. This paperdesigned research experiment platform based on MPU6050three-axis gyroscope, three-axisaccelerometer for measurement unit, STM32microprocessor as a core of attitude algorithm.Considering there would be error in the three-axis gyroscope and accelerometer, and noise anddrift with the data obtained by sensor data fusion for attitude algorithm, the paper madeforecasting and correction with kalman filter for attitude algorithm data arising from the noiseand drift and improved the accuracy of drift dataThe paper finally summarizes the full text and makes a prospection to the future.
