The reliability of industrial wireless communication scheduling has been an urgent problem to be solved. Based on EPA’s wireless platform, this thesis has proposed distributed scheduling algorithm for intra-cluster network and centralized scheduling algorithm for inter-cluster network to meet high data reliability requirements of industrial applications according to different network topologies and application needs. This paper has completed the following tasks:(1) A study of EPA wireless network in terms of network topology, device type and channel resource allocation is conducted, and node software and hardware platform is built to lay a good foundation for the study of the content below.(2) A distributed algorithm is proposed for in-cluster network. The algorithm assigns unique short-address for each node based on TDMA and utilizes cross-layer approach to deal with address selection effectively. Also time slice is assigned based on short-address for data delivery and retransmission to achieve deterministic scheduling. Based on the above, a reliable multi-path scheme and shortest path diffusion scheme used to ensure data reliability are proposed.(3) A centralized scheduling algorithm is proposed for inter-cluster network. The algorithm adopts deta-time queue to schedule the nodes with different real-time requirements, the channels are divided into a retransmission channel and several transmission channels to improve scheduling reliability, which enables retransmission links and scheduled links work simultaneously, then transmission channels are divided into two parts in order to improve real-time performance.
