With the full coverage of information technology, the problems of big data, large flow and highconcurrency emerge, which bring great challenges to the network system. So it is difficult for thetraditional design mode and programming mode to meet the demand of informatization enterpriseoffice nowadays. In this paper, the parallel programming technology based on.NET Framework4PFX was proposed to implement the design and development of information management systemin.NET, which was designed for the plastic testing data.The information management system designed in this paper is for the entry, statistics,calculating, issuing reports, querying, maintaining of data information and so on when enterpriseplastic testing is operated. It is a good helper for related employees to maintain daily data ofenterprises more efficiently, easily and accurately. The key point is that the system proposed in thispaper can ensure that the system can keep running safely, steadily, quickly, and efficiently as wellwhen facing the problems of big data and high concurrency.The paper mainly focused on the development of the information management system used inplastic testing industry. Regarding the main problem of the design and development of the executingof system in parallel, deep research was done on the basis of both theoretical analysis and practicaldevelopment. The main research and practical design in this paper are as follows:(1) Firstly, the current parallel programming technologies were systematically analyzed,problems and critical issues of the parallel information management system’s development at presentwere summarized, and the current parallel theory was also researched. The paper analyzed theproblems that multithreaded parallel programming design faced, clarified the solutions to theconcurrent synchronization mechanism of parallel design based on task, and illustrated the paralleldevelopment pattern based on task on the basis of following parallel theory. All the efforts have laidthe theoretical foundation for the paper’s study and parallel system’s design.(2) The paper used the parallel model of PFX to realize the solution to systematic paralleltechnology. By adopting the parallel model, parallel theory, parallel design idea and design principles of Framework4PFX, combined with the business logic of the system itself and the working processof plastic testing, and by making full use of proper parallel technology, the serial code with a largenumber of hot spots could be converted into parallel code to realize proper solution tosystematic parallel technology. And by testing and comparing the serial code and the parallel code ofparallel model, it could be found that the use of the parallel technology of the parallel model of PFXcould improve the execution speed of a program indeed.(3) Based on the key technology and solutions mentioned above, the research and developmentof the information management system of plastic testing could be carried out. The paper designedsystem module through fully surveying the business requirements of plastic testing of YuYaoKeXingR&D testing Plastic Co., Ltd and its own practical needs. Reasonable frame structure of the wholeinformation management system was set up by taking the system’s scalability, stability and easymaintainability into account. The paper applied unified modeling language, built system model invisual way and used c#language to implement the parallel programming of a system.
