Cardiac three-dimensional model for the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease has a very important role, in order to meet myocardial ischemia visual display requirements, we propose a new method to reconstruct three-dimensional images of the heart surface model. This method of a standard heart model fixed on the precision rotary table, and then shoot the heart model with the rotation of the rotary table with multiple images of a calibrated internal reference matrix digital camera. Use SIFT feature point matching algorithm to complete between each image feature point detection and multi-view. Extremely satisfied by the correspondence between multi-view pairwise matching, find the coordinates of corresponding points between images. Reuse matched to the corresponding points in the coordinates and the calibration parameters obtained very good camera outside the parameters of the corresponding image matrix. Correspondence between the two images, so as to realize the three-dimensional reconstruction point.On the basis of two-view3D reconstruction, the paper proposes a multi-view3D reconstruction method to reconstruct a three-dimensional surface model of the heart. This method first complete standard heart model three-dimensional reconstruction of any multi-view two images, then a three-dimensional point of view of all the two reconstruction obtained by similarity transformation coordinate system, unified world coordinate system to the next, resulting in the entire surface of the heart three-dimensional point cloud. Finally Meshlab software on the heart surface reconstruction resulting point cloud to mesh to give a three-dimensional model of cardiac patch.The experiment results show that this method successfully reconstructed the three-dimensional surface model of the heart, and the low cost, high efficiency, the model of myocardial ischemia reconstructed to meet the visual display needs.This innovation lies in the reconstruction and computer vision heart model combined together, the use of sophisticated image reconstruction technique to achieve a three-dimensional heart model obtained under the specific needs. Another innovation is the three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-view, the three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-view basis between two images, the use of three-dimensional space point coordinates similar transformation as a means to disperse the integration of three-dimensional space-point connections, to achieve the overall get three points.
