In recent years, nonlinear system has been widely used in the areas of signalprocessing, automatic control, wireless communication, artificial intelligence and so on.The applications promote the rapid development of related theory in nonlinear system. Theapplication of chaos phenomenon of nonlinear system in secure communication inspirespeople to explore its use in communication jamming. The paper focuses on the jammingeffect and jamming level of jamming system acting on enemy communication systemwhen the jamming guide unit of communication jamming system is in a chaotic state. Themain contents are as follows:1. We outline the related theories of communication jamming and nonlinear system,and introduce the analysis method of nonlinear system, chaos phenomenon, evaluationstandard of communication jamming system, optimal jamming and so on. These theoriesand methods lay the foundation for the follow-up simulations and tests. Mathematicalmodel of Düffing system is presented as selected nonlinear system. A series of dynamicbehavior tests are conducted on Düffing system.2. According to the general model of communication jamming system, enemycommunication system and communication jamming module are built respectively. Thetwo modules are combined to carry out the initial test of chaotic jamming system. Thenscale transformation method is used to improve the communication jamming system model.The transformation method cuts down the amplitude of nonlinear system parameters injamming model and improves the realizability of the system effectively. It also makes theapplication of chaotic jamming more quickly and conveniently. 3. Chaotic jamming is used to attack several2FSK communication signals. Thecharacteristics of chaotic jamming are concluded through the frequency spectrum analysisof chaotic jamming signals and the jamming system. Chaotic jamming signal can track thecarrier frequencies of enemy communication signal and concentrate some power on themto attack the enemy communication signal validly. Chaotic jamming can attain the effect ofblanket jamming. If the carrier frequencies of enemy communication signal are in the passband of the nonlinear system frequency spectrum at the same time, the communicationjamming system achieves an optimal effect of jamming.4. White noise jamming system is constructed to attack the several enemycommunication signals. And the jamming effects of white noise jamming are tested andanalyzed. When the frequency spectrum and jamming effects figures of white noisejamming and chaotic jamming are compared, it is found that in the same condition ofJamming Signal Ratio, the jamming effect of chaotic jamming is obviously better than thatof white noise jamming on the same enemy communication system.
