This topic is for home appliance manufacturing industry in surface treatment field, aiming at the shortcomings of the production line, production line for transformation, optimization, allowing it to suit the requirements of intelligence, informationization, automation.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of applications in the industrial field, using advanced distributed control mode, automatic non-electricity detection technology, control system integration, etc of some conventional methods which can not measure the on-line detection of complex electrochemical parameters and production process of the automatic control of industrial automation equipment. It can realize information management of the production process, increase the rate of labor, reduce rejection rate, promote the transformation of production.The traditional detection method adopting the detection and control of separate model, namely artificial liquid to collect samples, samples were collected to chemical analysis workbench using titration method to identify the value of these electrochemical parameters, this value base to control how much medicine barrels of dosing. Because this method which control the whole process of detection by human, so does not have the real-time and accuracy. And this topic about the research of complex electrochemical parameters on-line detection system integrates sampling, testing and control, dynamic monitoring and displays of complex electrochemical parameters change, good real-time, high efficiency.Online detection system is a complex electrochemical parameters cabinet structure as the prototype, the double layer structure of a distributed control system. The hardware is mainly composed of PC touch screen and MITSUBISHI FX2N4AD module of PLC and its extension, ion selective electrode, and a complete set of transmitter17685, peristaltic pump, switching power supply, etc. Electrochemical sensor is ion selective electrode to test the sample liquid, detect the electrochemical parameters, through these analog transmitter into4-20mA electrical signals, these electrical signals transmitted to the PLC of AD module, AD transmitted to the PLC of the AD module, AD conversion module converts these electrical into digital information sent to the host unit for data of PLC, master the result by the upper machine interface display.Upper computer PC uses Microsoft’s Windows operating system and Visual Basic6.0as the development environment. It’s based on Access2003for the database management system and using VB as the development language, choosing MSComm serial communication control in VB as the foundation of communication to build the software environment of the whole system. By software design of communication module, PC can send the command to down machine for reading the data from any register of PLC, some data can also be written to the PLC’s data register, the data stored in the database backup. Also, the client can be directly accessed through the LAN system background database, realizing information sharing.
