The stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) effects will be generated due to pumping wave interact with optical phonon when pumping wave input of power were enough larger. The SRS is an important nonlinear optical process in the field of nonlinear optical fiber. It has both good side and downside for optical fiber communication. The people carried out extensive research on the SRS since1962the SRS been observed in the experiment. In this paper, the nonlinear Schrodinger equation and the coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equation including Raman gain effect have been derived based on the wave equation that the optical pulse transmission in optical fiber. The linear operator and nonlinear operator specific expression been wrote based on MATLAB split-step Fourier method numerical algorithm when ignoring fiber loss situation. It been applied to the NLSE including Raman gain in order to simulate the evolution of soliton pulse in optical fiber through the change of different parameters. The Raman gain on charactertic of soliton transmission have been studied by contrast with no the Raman gain. The paper consists of three parts, preface, main body and conclusion. The preface introduced the research background and research significance, etc. Main text have two parts:The SRS process and fractional Fourier method are briefly introduced in first part. The nonlinear Schrodinger equation including Raman gain effect have been derived based on the wave equation that the optical pulse transmission in optical fiber. The linear operator and nonlinear operator specific expression been wrote based on MATLAB split-step Fourier method. In the second part, the evolution of soliton transmission in optical fiber been simulated respectively with MATLAB software in the case of considering the Raman gain and does not consider Raman gain, The conclusion of the Raman gain effect influence on soliton transmission characteristics have been obtained. The result shows that the Raman gain will led to soliton propagation stability been destroyed and rapid attenuation. The influence degree have relation to input peak power of soliton pulse. The Raman gain effect on ground state soliton and high order soliton are not the same, the drift of soliton caused by nonlinear coupling effect can be suppressed by Raman gain, at the same time, the soliton pulse peak in the transmission is increased. The interaction between optical solitons can be effectively restrained by Raman gain in birefringence fiber...
