With the rapid development of the Internet, P2P lending is also booming in the network.P2P lending also called Peer to Peer loans,individuals have engaged in lending activities witheach other over the networking platform (third-party network platform) which is having theinternet lending business qualification. Borrowers through third-party online trading platformin the above release information to finance, investor needs to find the appropriate loan toinvest their own funds through a third-party network trading platform, to gain interest onborrowings and get the value of assets bigger.Sometimes traditional microfinance financial services industry face complicatedprocedures, inefficient, long cycle lending and other shortcomings, so many microcreditloans from banks is difficult, therefore, P2P networks borrowing ensued. The biggestadvantage is the fast and efficient by P2P lending networks, in part because of its directservices to traditional customers which the financial services industry can not take, so thatthese customers can easily and quickly be lending. Secondly, P2P networks compositeborrowing rates higher than bank deposit rates, even higher than some financial products andtrust and investment.In such an environment, this article is researching the SOA and WebService technology,discussesing the current domestic and WebService on SOA technology developments, basedon loosely coupled, coarse-grained SOA, standardized interfaces and reusable features,combined with borrowing some features of P2P network software architecture model to buildP2P networks SOA-based lending. According to the software architecture model, designedand implemented a P2P network client PC corresponding loan management system, whilekeeping up with the development of mobile Internet, developed a corresponding mobileterminal applications.
