With the continuous development of our country electric power enterprise, power gridconstruction is becoming more and more important. How to manage projects, improve theefficiency of power grid in the process of project construction management work, has becomethe top priority in the electric power enterprise daily business work. Infrastructure projectscan see the refinement of a company is not only to the success of the management level, but atthe same time is related to success or failure of the strategic target of enterprise assets lifecycle management implementation of the key factors. At present, with the development of thelarge-scale grid infrastructure construction in our country, the grid infrastructure projectsfacing unprecedented challenges in the management. Liaoning electric power company as apilot unit of state grid infrastructure control system application, through to the state gridcorporation of construction control system in Liaoning province power grid infrastructureprojects management to analysis, design and application of power grid construction inLiaoning province at the same time to establish a management actual constructionstandardization management system, combining with the construction of management matters,to optimize the method and operation management, meet the power grid construction inLiaoning province, to establish a unified evaluation mechanism and management standards,management efficiency, the interests of the enterprise multi-level system, in a sense willgreatly boost the Liaoning grid informatization infrastructure construction and management.Meet the needs of Liaoning power grid for routing management infrastructure, but alsocompleted the main business demand management of grid infrastructure.Based on the analysis of construction control system involved in the design phase anddevelopment phase of research and development status at home and abroad, on theimportance of the construction control system are introduced. At the same time, combiningwith the actual situation of Liaoning power grid construction project management actualsituation, this paper expounds the construction and application of the system, the importanceof the development of Liaoning power grid. This article also introduces the purpose and significance of softwaretesting, and in Liaoning power grid during the trial operation of this system to function testand performance test process is discussed in detail, through test results can be seen that thissystem has high performance, the advantages of the function is perfect, the system ofLiaoning region and even the entire national grid company in the system application ofprovincial company, has a very positive role.
