With the rapid development of biological science and the Internet, the data of biological information grow rapidly. Primary task in the study of natural science is research on the biological information contained and exploring inherent biological development law with knowledge of biology and computer science research in the future. When facing with a large number of biological resources and the increasingly complex of the network, the traditional biological information website has been unable to quickly master the newest and the most accurate data. It has been unable also to combine data analysis with data management to discuss together. So an effective method to manage and maintain the data is required, so as to analyze, process and utilize them further in a platform.A biological information website is built based on the Django framework. The breeding from space and ground is respectively analyzed and compared by the website so that obtain relevant biological information. The website offering free access on PC platforms is highly networked. It builds a database system to realize to storage and manage the data. It also allows users to integrate the related data to carry out principal component analysis on the extracted biological data. The main results of the thesis include:(1) By means of analyzing of biological information data and the characteristic of the Django framework, appropriate software development platform and backstage database are chosen.(2) According to the demand analysis, the software design scheme about website front-end display and the background management is established. Pycharm software is chosen as a development platform, and use the Python language to build overall framework of website.(3) The website is divided into different functional modules, and use Python code, SQL, HTML language to respectively design, realizing interaction of the website between front-site and background.(4) The extracted biological data is collected, and R language is used for data analysis to distinguish the different types of biological data. (5) The website is comprehensively performed functional test, solving the bugs and increasing new requirements, through continuous improvement and perfection to gradually enhance the practicability of website.After debugging and modifying repeatedly, the website has reached the original design goals. A biological information website that can query and analysis data in a uniform data platform is implemented.
