Augmented Reality (AR for short) is a technology which it registered the computer-generated virtual objects in real time to the real environment. Tracking technology is one of its supporting technologies. Augmented Reality technology on mobile devices is called Mobile Augmented Reality technology (MAR for short). Its applications in the agriculture enhance the results of crops shows and enrich the way shows. Therefore, the paper work has important theoretical and practical application value.Currently, the applications of Mobile Augmented Reality technology are relatively less in the agriculture, most of which is the development of Virtual Reality (VR for short) combined with GIS. In the field of agriculture exhibition, Mobile Augmented Reality applications lack of systematic analysis and research. And most of applications are mostly confined to the identification of crops, which is through the identification of the target track to achieve the initial crop, and combines virtual information with the real object to display crops with AR. At present, the research of MAR for crops is relatively less, and the results of tracking are not steady, which hinders the development of MAR applications in agriculture exhibition to some extent. For problems, the paper proposed a mobile tracking method based on orientation sensor to achieve stable and continuous tracking for crops. And the method is applied in the agriculture exhibition. The work of paper is as follows.(1) This paper analyzes AR, MAR and tracking technology research status and teases Theories and techniques. On this basis, the essay proposes architecture AR display system for crops identified. (2) The key issue of mobile tracking target for crops identified is to determine the pose of the camera, whose purpose is combining virtual information and the real object accurately. The pose change of the mobile terminal will affect the projection of target object in the camera. Paper uses sensors to detect and correct the orientation of projection coordinates offset, combined with crops identified technology and camera principle, to solve the problem of tracking instability.(3) Paper designed AR display experiments for corn fields and AR tracking experiments for corn fruit, which completed the com fruits and corn farmland tracking and AR display. Experiments prove that mobile tracking technology and AR display architecture are correct, feasible and effective. The theoretical value of the paper is as follows.(1) The mobile tracking solution based on orientation sensor provides theoretical and technical support for achieving crops tracking steadily and continuously.(2) Agriculture AR display system architecture for crops identified provides theoretical and methodological support for MAR applying in agricultural exhibition.Paper work has important practical value, mainly in the following two aspects.(1) The mobile tracking technology applied in the agricultural exhibition will enhance the result of crops display and promote the development of tourism agriculture and agricultural science education, which has obvious social benefit.(2) Agriculture AR display system architecture for crops identified is not only applied in agricultural exhibition, but also the process tracking of crops grown from the seedling stage to maturity. It will improve management of traditional agriculture and improve agricultural management and production efficiency, which brings economic benefits for agricultural production.Paper work did not fully consider the impact of climate change and the light conditions, so the stability of tracking results requires further verification. The future work is to verify the feasibility and stability of corn and other crops tracking effect on poor light conditions.
