Research On Load Balancing Mechanism Of Middleware In Cloud Computing Environment

In today’s information area, cloud computing has gained widely and globally use, and maintained a healthy development of high speed. and been recognized as one of the most basic and critical information technology which will lead the industries reform and development in the coming decades. In recent years, with the rapid development of cloud computing, cloud security is more and more important. Currently research about the security of cloud computing is focused on cloud resources security, data security and user access control, etc., the research about middleware which is the main component of cloud computing is poor, while the cloud computing application systems need reliable middleware which is a very important factor to provide a good experience of service for users efficiently, stably and continuously. In cloud computing environment, middleware security includes many aspects, but the most basic and important condition of keeping middleware security is to achieve load balancing.Therefore,the research about how to achieve load balancing in middleware layer by using the distributed computer system of cloud computing technology to improve overall system availability,eliability and stability is necessary and meaningful. The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, elaborated related technology and research and application of middleware in global, highlighting and analyzing several standard technologies of middleware as well as several mainstream application server; analyzing and researching some issues about load balancing, and analyzing the existing basic load balancing algorithms, such as polling load balancing algorithm, the minimum number of links load balancing algorithm, as well as several excellent integrated load balancing algorithm from the aspects of the thought and capability of load balancing algorithm deeply.Secondly, for the defects and deficiencies of achieving load balancing based cloud resources in distributed computer system using cloud computing technology, presenting a mechanism which can achieve the load balacing in middleware layer. First of all, determining the methods of measuring the integrated load, considering various factors which will change the load statement, designing the weighted method of these factors, creating a model which can monitor the status of the load of a cloud computing system.Then,establishing a distributed structural model of load balancing based middleware and designing a balancing algorithm designed of using integrated load to make cloud computing system security and reliable.Thirdly, getting the differences of capability to compare the load balancing mechanism based cloud resources to the load balancing mechanism based middleware through simulation experiments in distributed computer system using cloud computing technology. The experimental results show that the load balancing mechanism based middleware is better than the load balancing mechanism based cloud resources in cloud computing system of the simulated SaaS service model.
