Discovering And Classification On Micro-blog User Interest Group Based On Data Mining

Micro-blog is an emerging social media form that emphasizes sharing and following The characters of micro-blog, including less content, fast releasing, diverse experiencing, perfectly meet the demands and favors of people who need accurate and real time information, and micro-blog has become a new, contemporary hot star in Internet field. The users are keen to obtain the latest information, express their views and share what they experiences in micro-blog. Obviously, the interests, preferences and habits of users determine what kind of content to browse and what kind of friends to follow. So understanding users’interest will be able to understand the user themselves. Discovering the interests of micro-blog users and the similar hobby of group users can provide a new starting point and research ideas for micro-blog promotion, marketing, micro-blog recommendation etc. However, micro-blog has a large number of individual users, determining what kind of standard, use what kind of method to find the user interest groups are the problems needed to be solved in this paper.Data mining is able to find out the potential value and knowledge of mass data and the mathematical algorithms of it used in recent years has become stable, the application in the fields of finance, telecommunications and others also have many success stories, but in the field of micro-blog user interest,it has not yet using maturely. This paper attempts to explore micro-blog user habits, tastes and preferences with data analysis method and data mining tools, meanwhile, I hope to expand the application scope of data mining in micro-blog research and provide new ideas and references.There are five chapters in this paper which attempts to find out the micro-blog user interest groups.First chapter described the introduction of the research, the significance of micro-blog user interest, domestic and foreign related data about data mining and micro-blog and the main content of this paper, then introducing the concept, process and methods of data mining, and then puts forward the micro-blog method based on user interest groups, including the standard methods of clustering analysis data, the user data collected through Sina micro-blog. At last, the conclusion about this paper and future application prospect are releasing.
