In the present world, telecommunication operators sense the pressure to offer the best services to customers, that the application of heterogeneous networks became a considerably realistic. As a result of heterogeneity in heterogeneous network needs of the mobility application. These heterogeneous networks and the network Protocol, will play an important role for multimedia traffic as well as data traffic. already includes basic mobility support. So in order to provide for the support required efficient handover mechanism mobility. Resulting in the development of heterogeneous networks and address the cons network, determining the mobility state of UE the truth in the network. In this study the method required for mobility state for the user equipment mobility state detection was provided through the base station that, the system information Determines, cell identifiers (IDs) of cells located with a current cell geographically (Coordinates) for current cell and previous camp cell; from this information once will use distance estimation between cells within the terminal, Including calculate a total moving distance of the terminal in a present time, and determine the total distance to move with the mobility in assessing the status of the station, in complex networked architecture. Can also use the cell identifiers (IDs) in the method of a counting the number of the cell reselection or cell handover, to calculating the mobility state by exploitation the numerical quantity of cell reselection or handover for macro cell in the terminal, through two cases thus, show improving mobility state performance and network performance heterogeneous and homogeneous.
