SPC is the abbreviation of statistical process control, it is process control toolswith the methods of mathematical statistics. Information technology has become thesource of power to promote the entire production industry to continue moving forward,it has been gradually applied to various industries. As information technologycontinues rapid development, the importance of SPC have been better reflected. Manylarge companies in the world that SPC is a very important element, not only use SPCtechniques, but also require suppliers to use SPC to control quality. The technology ofSPC has become an essential part of quality management tools, not only the quality ofthe product does not guarantee, but also the operation of the production line can notmonitor.The subject of this thesis is a quality management system for the engineproduction line, Use of SPC scientific algorithms control the quality of the engineproduction line. The system is based on statistical process control theory, used of theSPC scientific algorithm to analyze quality data collected, the results of the analysisautomatically draw the control chart, the most intuitive way control the quality of theengine production line.The design of the system into three layers: data layer, logic operation layer,presentation layer. The data layer using ADO.NET technology to complete thecommunication with the database. Because of ADO.NET technological simplestructure, not only can simplify the development process, and to read the data morestable, the returned data is stored in the DataSet, and convenient for data processing inthe late. Logic operation layer applied object-oriented design ideas, the SPC controlchart as an object is encapsulated, if you instantiate the object, you can get all of thegraphics parameters when draw control chart. Used to calculate the parameters as apublic class is encapsulated. During the computation directly from the parameter classcome up with the parameters you want to use, reducing the complexity of the object.This design pattern to change the complex logic operations clear, the relationshipbetween each module of the SPC into loosely coupled, operational analysis modulegreatly increased scalability, convenience to the maintenance of late. The system pageis displayed using RDLC technology, the RDLC technology fill defects in ASP.NET Export Report, it is not only greatly reduce the workload of the developers tocustomize the report format, and is more stable in the export of the report, andenhance the user experience. Most of the interface in this system is displayed withRDLC, the data displayed is bound to data source of RDLC, the picture displayed bythe image control in RDLC, this way not only make the system stable, but also to thedevelopment process to bring the convenience.SPC quality control system through a long period of research, excellentpre-design, a serious program development, and spend a lot of time debugging in thefield, is now installed in the production workshop, the current stable operation..
