Internet public opinion refers the total of people’s beliefs、values and political attitudes ofsocial managers about the socialcontroller and public issues on the Internet.The rapiddevelopment of mobile Internet makes network news release and obtain convenient andquick,fragmented time to read the news has become the main activities of Internet users,so theinfluence on political life order and social stability of Internet public opinion is steadily on theincrease.This research topic oriented internet public opinion detection and analysis system,isgiven the development of Internet public opinion and standardize processing needs.Thesuccessful development will become the indispensable measures of Internet public opinioninformation management,will also push for the rapid development of the Internet public opinionmanagement information and service.The main work of this paper contains a description of key technologies,requirementsanalysis,system design and implementation.The first,the key technologies of this system include systems development technology,thedevelopment environment and the key technologies needed to realize the function.Firstly,briefintroduction to the C#language and the use of database technology systems,Visual Studio2010development environment and SQL Server2005database, then the key technologies to achievethe desired functionality of the system are analyzed and introduced,and it mainly includesgenerating the required main topic detection and topic similarity calculation model,adaptivetracking algorithm to track the desired topic and tendentious analysis and sentiment analysis tobuild polar dictionary.The second,after a clear system of key technologies for detailed analysis of systemrequirements,main content includes functional requirements analysis of specific tasks and systemrequirements,non-functional requirements as well as hardware and software requirements,security requirements.The main task which needs analysis from the two aspects of thecomprehensive requirements of representation and data requirements,and functionalrequirements of the six aspects are described, mainly on the performance of non-functionalrequirements and system interface style design requirements described in detail, divided intohardware and software requirements system development environment and runtime environmentintroduces two parts.Finally,designing and implementing network-oriented news and analysis of public opiniondetection system,while the system is tested.System design including overall system design,database design,module design,system login interface,security architecture and system design ofthe main page,while,according to the technical requirements of the system security designing theimplementation of data security systems and access systems.The database designing includesdatabase creating,entity relationship model and database tables,and function module design is focusing on three functional modules tendentious which contain topic detection,topic tracking,analysis,and design.System implementation mainly describes five functional modules includingpublic opinion topic detection and analysis system to detect, track topics,hotspot found the keycode traceability and tendentious analysis of public opinion,which contains the interface map andthe results achieved in the main function.For Internet public opinion detection and analysis system realized in various web portal(xinhua, tencent, sohu, sina, phoenix) found in the network news public opinion information,thenext putting on the same topic coverage for a class,keeping track of the public opinioninformation follow-up reports,to analyze the development trend and orientation of the subject,toexplore the evolution mechanism of different events in Internet public opinion,providing reliabledata to decision makers, grasping the control of network public opinion,in order to guide theonline public opinion effectively in the end.
