Networked control systems (NCS) is the control system which use network toimplement the control for the system and remote distributed control, it has been widelyused in various fields for the advantages such as good interactivity, system structuremodularization and integration, less system wiring, easy to extend and maintain. But inthe network control system, each node transmit data through the network, it may appearthe phenomenon such as data transmission interrupt, network congestion and datacollisions and multiplex transmission, this will lead to time delay of control system fordata exchange. Node data processing in the process of system operation can also lead totime delay. The existent network latency in control system will reduce controlperformance for the system, more seriously may cause the system instability, and theimpact on the rapid response of the system is especially striking.This article mainly analyzes the existing problems and the present research situationof the network control system, and analyzes system time delay impact on the controlperformance of the system. In view of the delay problems exist in the system, the outputtracking control method based on the CGT is put forward. For the network controlsystem of aluminum plate with a peltier devise, by using higher order rational function toapproximate estimation the network system latency to obtain the model of time delaysystem. Design system controller through model output tracking control method andverify the control performance through simulation. Finally, actual control effect wasanalyzed via system control experimental data.The content of this article includes the following several aspects: first, the taskresearch background is introduced. The structure, characteristics and research status ofnetworked control systems and control strategy for network time delay is also expound. The second chapter, the development of semiconductor refrigeration and the coolingeffect of the peltier element is describes. The model of aluminum plate refrigerationdevice is set up through the thermodynamics equation and heat calculation for peltierdevices. The third chapter, model reference adaptive control based on the theory of thecommand generator tracker (CGT) and its research problem is introduced. And acontroller design method with model output tracking adaptive control based on the CGTtheory was given. Model output tracking control method is used to design of controllerfor control system with time delay estimation, finally control performance of the modeloutput tracking control method is verified through the simulation. The fourth chapter, theoverall design composition of the system is presents, and working principle of hardwarecircuit is analyzed. In view of the system control, software design and debug is carriedout. Finally experiment is performed in real control system platform, and theperformance of the control system is analyzed according to the experimental data.
