In this paper, described the overall system structure of the inverse synthetic aperture imaging laser radar and its imaging principle, explored the feasibility of complex integrated moving target detection through simulations and analyzes the factors that can influence radar imaging effect and signal-to-noise ratio. Take the space satellite target as an example,make a theoretical derivation of the imaging process of the target,which integrated two movement patterns of fly straight and pivoting. By using the method of linear motion compensation,turn the complex motion of target into the existing model of the rotary table,and reconstructed the image of radar echo. The linear motion compensation in the process need to use the target’s fly speed,so, we can choose the heterodyne receive model to accurate measure the speed of target. Comparison with the effect of existing compensation method of speed estimation, using MATLAB to simulate IS AIL imaging process of the ideal target model and real satellite. The simulation results confirmed that the imaging accuracy using heterodyne velocimetry will up about10%than speed estimation method in the past,and lesser amount of information processing, faster computing speed and so on.In the research of improving signal noise ratio during the later period,also came up with two kinds of methods that improving SNR of ISAIL imaging base on the mathematical method, They are called as Eigen-Value Decomposition and Singular-Value Decomposition. Both of them are used to decompose the original complex signal into two parts:original pure signal and noise signal,through projectiving in orthogonality relation space,so be able to extract useful echo information. The difference between them is the diversity of decomposition method. After derivate decomposition results theoretically,also simulation for the two methods using MATLAB,and comparing the results of them,figure out the respective strengths and the application of occasions of those two noise reduction methods.
