With the rapid development of the information, our lives have a huge change, it has good aspects, but also have a negative impact. Information security is one of the issues that affect our lives, protect the security of voice communication. Now, voice information is encrypted in order to prevent information from being stolen voice communications. Chaotic systems and encryption algorithms are closely linked, the chaotic sequence has a very good development prospects in the field of information encryption. This paper take use of a block cipher algorithm, firstly Arnold transform, disrupt the original position of the voice information data, secondly by improved Logistic mapping, changed statistical characteristics of the speech signal of the information by the diffusion operation, so that the encrypted voice signal is achieved.For this paper, the performance indicators and system functions for system hardware and software design we are going to choose TMS320VC5509A. As to the hardware of the design, this paper will be used TMS320VC5509A DSP chip as the core, high-fidelity audio codec chip TLV320AIC23, synchronous dynamic random access memory SDRAM and asynchronous memory FLASH. Finally, by the CCS software simulation and hardware testing, shows that the encryption algorithm constructed on voice encryption is feasible and safe, suitable for voice data encryption.
