The Research Of Data Mining And Application In Telecommunication Negative Profit

Along with the growth of the users on telecommunication industry and the businesses’ promotion of a variety of services, it makes an increasing of the various business behaviors from the users, but some abnormal cases have caused the problem of negative profit on the incomes of telecommunication industry. This paper makes a extraction and analysis on the negative profit data by the data mining technique, and then gets the related characteristics what cause the negative profit, so that solve the related problems of negative profit. In the process of building the model for data mining, designed a kind of structured data mining model for the related characteristics on negative profit, solved the problem of worthless mining results by blindness of data mining experiment.In the process of constructing a decision tree, put forward a kind of classification rules that the profit as the main classification standard and the business characteristics as the secondary classification standards, and achieves the purpose of the divide of characteristics of the negative profit customers. Finally, this paper obtained the data mining results which summarized the characteristics of negative profit from the sample data, and the reasons which caused the negative profit, and provides technical support for carrying out the precise marketing.
