Switching stochastic system model is widely existed in practical engineering, and with the development of the stochastic theory, it has been got more and more applications. The time delay phenomenon is inevitable in the process of industrial control, so the research to the system with time delay is very necessary. In addition, the passive theory also get rapid development in recent years. At the same time, there is a very close relationship between passivity and stability. The research on passivity of system has great theoretical significance and practical value. This paper is concerned with passivity analysis and passification for a class of switched stochastic systems with time-varying delay. The main contributions are listed as follows. The problem on passive analysis and control problem of a class of switched stochastic systems with time-varying delay are researched. Based on multiple Lyapunov functions and free-weighting matrix method, a sufficient passive condition is given in terms of LMIs to guarantee the switching stochastic systems with time-delay in state dependent switching signal. And according to the sufficient conditions to give, a state feedback controller is designed to guarantee the relevant closed-loop system robustly passive.According to the actuator failure phenomena often appear in the actual system, the problem on reliability control to ensure the passive of a class of switched stochastic systems with time delay is studied. To establish a model of actuator fault, this paper proposes the method of designing a reliable passive controller. Then, the method is extended to uncertain parameters, a reliable passive controller is designed to make the system robustly passive.Neutral system model is often applied in real systems. This paper studied the passive analysis and passive control problem on a class of switched stochastic neutral delay system. Based on the multiple Lyapunov functions and free weighting matrix method, a sufficient condition is given in form of LMIs system to ensure the closed-loop system passive under a state dependent switching signal, and then a state feedback passive controller is designed, which can guarantee the close-loop system is passive.
