In the machinery manufacturing industry, we often use computer graphics software component design and drawing, and then used in processing and production. Which, in the sheet metal processing encountered intersecting body, truncated body of manufacturing and processing, they often need to draw the expanded view of the surface to determine the shape and size of its sheet metal, and then forming. Traditional intersecting lines, cutting-cross line and expanded mapping methods is the use of artificial graphic method computes and hand-drawn, you can also calculate the size after using computer graphics software to draw. However, both methods require a certain level prior to use mathematical calculation to determine the exact size of expanded view, In the highly competitive machining industry seem inefficient. If the use of a computer graphics software, by modifying the appropriate parameters can be di fferent characteri st ics i ntersect ing body, truncated body parts diagram and automatic generation expansion plan, the design eliminates the need for a considerable time and design costsIn this paper, AutoLISP language designed for AutoCAD secondary development, it will be able to achieve in AutoCAD software intersecting body, truncated body parts diagram and automatic drawing generation expansion plan and design DCL dialog control procedures. In execution AutoLISP the same t ime, invokes a dialog, offers a variety of interfaces, and uses the man-machine dialogue to achieve a flexible and accurate research. This paper mainly introduces two cylindrical full penetration, cylinder and full cone penetration, intersecting cylindrical, conical intersection, posilive prism intersecting, positive pyramid intersecting, which are several situations such as the intersection (or cutting-cross line) and expanded view of computer rendering method for AutoCAD development in sheet metal processing industry applied research.
