Design And Implementation Of Financial, Tax, Treasury And Bank Networking System Based On SOA

Currently, information technology is the mainstream of development trends inthe world.The government is required to establish the unified information platformas the quick development of information industry and the improvement of the levelof enterprise information. A high degree of integration and open system isestablished by unified interfaces and security measure to accelerate the balancedevelopment in all departments and areas. It contributes to share the resources andreduce the duplication investment of enterprises and government for informationconstruction.As a new mainstream architecture, SOA (Services-Oriented Architecture) makesservices independent of programming language, implementation and operation ofplatform by the flexible distributed deployment, integration and use of looselycoupled services according to the demands of enterprises and government. Toachieve reuse, different services are packed in maximize from the bottom offunctional services, atomic and components service to the top-level business processservices.The application of information systems for finance, tax, treasury and variouscommercial banks are independent of each other and the related electronicinformation can’t be share. To break down the information barriers between systemsand departments, this paper gives out the design and implement of a SOA-basedtaxation treasury bank interconnected system. It achieves the mutual data exchangeof the application systems of financial, tax, treasury and commercial banks by theunified data interface standard and the platform for data exchange supported by SOA.It is used for a relay for data exchange and call, not involving specific business.In the meanwhile, this paper focuses on the technology application and effectson large and mutable system supported by SOA.Firstly, an integrated SOA-based application platform is designed to achieve thenetworking of the application of information systems in the national level amongfinancial, tax (central, provincial, city, country, and township), treasury andcommercial banks. It gives out the solution for the both independent and connectsbetween the information application systems for financial, tax, treasury and bank.Secondly, a practicable solution is proposed for the running of financial, taxand bank networking system at the national level. The interface standard, stability and security of the system are studied and an implemented strategy is put forward.Thirdly, the SOA–based solution with the technology of ESB and MQ forfinancial, tax, treasury and bank system is proposed. It provides preliminaryexperience for the wide application of SOA to networking systems in the country.Finally, a SOA-based security strategy with P3DR2dynamic securitymechanism for the networking system is put out to build SOA architecture platformat the national level. It greatly improves the reusability of data. It safeguards thesecurity of the entire system using the second level cache to reduce the access tosystem at the national level.
