The pricing research about HD interactive television platforms has been always the focus of the industry. How to pack the different business levels into the programming packages, how to design the reasonable programming packages and how to assess the cost and benefit quantitatively are the difficulties in the academic research and market operating. So this article analyses the pricing target and factors of the HD interactive television of TT Company using the theory of marketing and product pricing theory, then considering the target customers of TT Company,we will put forward the reasonable pricing strategy to promote the marketing of the HD interactive television program of TT Company.This paper is divided into four parts. The first one is the background of the research, significance and research status and proposes research contents and technology roadmap. The second part analyzes the pricing objectives and influencing factors of the HD interactive platform. The third part explores the target customers of Dalian TT company HD interactive platform through questionnaire method. The fourth part analyzes the survey results of the target market and pricing strategies, then explores the influence factors of consume willingness using factor analysis and proposes recommendations of pricing strategies. At last, the sixth part is the conclusions.The theoretical results will provides some advices about the pricing strategies of the HD interactive platform for the TT Company and the local government. The research can not only been applied to the pricing but also provides some references for the other cities to popularize the HD. The paper is not only trying to achieve a breakthrough in theory, but also has some practical effects.
