With rapid development of the market of finance, the competition of extending financial service products and service channels among banks becomes more impetuous. Banks build their owner characteristic service products and channels one after another with the purpose of advancing the level of service. The Data Interchange Platform of Rural Commercial Bank(RCB) is a basic platform for RCB.It can achieve the transformation between RCB transactions and third parties. The Data Interchange Platform is mainly formed by FTS, BDBM and C:D. The FTS is the file transfer layer which manages the multiple-file transformation. The BDBM is service management platform which provides all the data arrangement and analysis. It can monitor the state of platform by sending instructions through network communication module to FTS and receiving feedback. C:D is the middleware for file transformation. The FTS uses C architecture, comparing with BDBM which uses J2EE. The communication on FTS and BDBM uses Socket. The administrator has two center nodes, which provides transit and staging for tasks. These two nodes are capable of load balancing. To keep the FTS node secure, ID authentication is required when the communication occurs between data bus and FTS. The center nodes can directly read files from ODS, if ODS and center nodes are arranged on the same server. The ODS can manage all the operations for the files, like generation, processing, saving and deleting. The Data Interchange Platform of Rural Commercial Bank(RCB) can improve the management on files transformation, reliability, security and efficiency. In addition, this platform can reduce the complexity of integration between system and transferred products.
