Since the ancient times, human unremitting pursuit beauty and personality. Face as themost direct reflection of the human appearance, has always been the focus of attention. Thepursuit of the beauty of the face symmetry and harmony generous is demand of human nature.With the progress of science and technology, personalized facial beautification is becomingmore and more in expectation and demand. The rise of digital image processing technologyhas brought the revolutionary of face processing development. Personalized and interestingfacial beautification technology will bring people more rich experience of face special effectsprocessing.The development of cloud computing bring revolutionary development to the Internetapplication.Cloud computing has many advantages like virtualization, flexibility, reliabilityand expansibility that can meet the increasing IT requirements. Cloud computing providesdifferent service mode for the user to choose. The combination of cloud computing andmobile Internet is the trend of the development of the Internet and in the future.This article implements the data-driven average face synthesis method based on theaverage face hypothesis as the theoretical foundation. Combined with the human face featuresearching technology, we set up different types of average face template and a variety ofspecial effects interface. Create different specific effect face with template characteristics.Then, investigate and analysis the facial beautification and the special effects processingproducts on the Android market. Develop a face special effect application based on cloudcomputing and mobile Internet technology on the Android platform. Users will have moreconvenient way to experience face special effect algorithm.Researchers develop PaaS-level face special effects website on Microsoft’s WindowsAzure cloud platform. Design open interface for different terminal to access and lay thefoundation for the comprehensive face special effects processing platform.This article introduce the method of using computer to realize the facial beautificationapplication products based on cloud computing. The result will have considerable scientificand commercial value, It can be applied in the field of digital image processing in variousindustries and has a broad market application prospect.
