The rapid development of mobile terminal equipments is promoting the mobile Internet to develop fast. However, the limit of the hardware storage resources of the mobile terminals has become a bottleneck in the development of the mobile internet. Cloud storage service can provide an effective solution to resolve the problem that the storage resources of the mobile terminals are lacking.In the paper, it is mainly done to deeply research the mobile cloud storage system aiming at the Android system terminals. It is intended to build the mobile cloud storage system based on Android by using Hadoop, an open source cloud computing platform framework, to resolve the problem that the storage resources of the mobile terminals are lacking and, at the same time, to promote the development of Hadoop technologies further.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:1. It is done to analyze and summarize the present situation of the development and the achievements of the mobile terminals and cloud storage technologies. And the scheme is proposed which is about researching the mobile cloud storage system based on Android. Compared with the traditional storage systems, this system can provide greater storage capacity and has higher reliability and extensibility.2. In the paper, the cloud storage platform is built by using the Hadoop framework which is open source. The platform is formed with the ordinary PC fleet. It can ensure the low cost of the system and, at the same time, has a high fault tolerance performance and can access data with a high throughput.3. By combing the actual requirements, the system structure, the functional structure and the database are designed. The system uses Hadoop distributed file system to manage the files, whose single server architecture simplifies the overall structure of the system. And in the process of the design, the operability of the system is fully considered. Users can conveniently manage the files. At the same time, the monitoring and alarm functions of the system are designed for the administrator to maintain the system more conveniently.4. The contents of the research of the paper are summarized. And the deficiencies existing in the process of the research are pointed out. Besides, the further work plan is put forward to be able to further research and consummate the system.
