Three carriers of China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile have established a national high-speed IP backbone network, carrying data, voice, video and other value-added services. Due to the particularity of domestic Internet environment, the Internet resources are mainly concentrated in China Telecom and China Unicom. The bandwidth bottleneck of interconnection results China Mobile’s subscribers in slow speed and poor experience. At the same time, it brings a high Interconnection settlement expenses. Moreover, Internet applications of P2P count for a significant majority of traffic. This part of traffic causes congested network.Aiming at the above problems and selecting China Mobile as the study object, this paper focuses on accelerating the access technology of Internet and content detection technology. On this basis, caching system based on the DPI technology is brought up. Using DPI technology to analysis the accessing content deeply and using caching technology to get the contents that China Mobile is lack of, thus it can rich China Mobile’s network resources, enhance the users’ experience, increase the earnings of traffic and make the more refined management of traffic possible. Specifically, the paper work includes the following aspects:1. This paper researched and analyzed five accelerating the access technologies of Internet, figured out that the content caching technology is the best solution to the China Mobile’s problems.2. This paper researched the deployment and the implementation principle of two caching systems——WebCache and P2PCache, storing different contents.3. This paper introduced DPI and DFI technology, and focused on the DPI’s pattern-matching algorithms, including character string matching algorithm and regular expression matching algorithm. Combining search matching with DPI character library can detect the data packet.4. This paper compared and analyzed several caching strategies and replacement algorithms, then proposed a weight-based replacement algorithm to renew the data sources.5. After the analysis of the related key technologies, proposed a content caching system based on the DPI technology, this paper designed the system’s overall framework and the subsystems. Finally, deploying the system in the China Mobile network’s exit, get the test results and then draw the conclusion that system’s taking flow is significantly greater than the flow back to the source, thus can achieve the purpose of traffic management.
