In the national civil servant recruitment interview exam, an interviewer rating isfair and objective or not is the main reason to determine fair and reasonableinterview exam results.Based on the civil servant recruitment interview examiner ofthe Ningxia Hui autonomous region in2009as the research object,this article mainlyuses the Kendall harmonious coefficient to analyze the examiner score as a result, inorder to reflect the credibility of the interviewers score. If you can draw thesepsychological factors of the interviewers‘from scoring data to analyze, utilize, it willmake the interview job more formalized and rationalized.In the process of socialinteraction, communication for the first time people are more willing to choose thosewho look more pleasing to their eyeball. They prefer to those who are morefriendly and people with personal image. An interviewer in the interview process,therefore, often will be affected by their own preferences and unique criteria, theinfluence of this kind of phenomenon will seriously affect the interview exam scoresand the final result of assessment. This article has an in-depth discussion to thosefactors used by the interviewer during the interview process,with which factors toinfluence their judgment of interview candidates, by what to help the interviewergradually overcome the passive factors, so as to avoid the negative impact of thesefactors brings to the job interview exam.Evaluation systems often use a variety of techniques for testing.Thisevaluation work uses a variety of evaluation methods s much as possible.But due to the different assessment method itself by bringing the limitations of theresults of the evaluation of the inconsistency. So in this paper, starting from the validityanalysis of evaluation methods, this paper introduces the consistency coefficient method,the rank correlation coefficient method, the Kendall harmonious coefficient method andthe discrete degree of optimization and so on four kind of evaluation model. This articlemainly use the Kendall harmonious coefficient method to score in the interview theinterviewer during the interview process with the validity can be seen from the result ofthe analysis of the evaluation, an interviewer for the interview candidates in the overallscore results with the same consistency; Different evaluation factors affect the examinergrading consistency will; Different understanding standard of each instructor for grading factors to impact rate of grade; Candidates in the field of play degree will alsoaffect drillmaster’s score.Article on the basis of the Ningxia hui autonomous region of the civil servantrecruitment interview exam instructor for this topic the main investigation object, usethe Kendall harmonious coefficient as the main evaluation methods for the analysis ofthe exam score data, the data of the results of the study to examine the credibility ofinstructor ratings.
