The catering industry is an old industry, but it is a non-access to the industry. With thepace of life speeding up, take-away has become the dinner for white-collars from theseasoning. The economies of scale of catering market in China has reached2trillion,meanwhile, take-away food is an important part of it. It will improve the efficiency ofcatering industry to introduce the digital devices.This paper starts with call for reservation, a branch of the take-away field,then design acomplete access to the caller ID, well as simple control of processes and statistics, providinga small but well-designed product for the take away service.This paper is divided into two parts, it designed a Call Box with Caller ID and dial-upfeature. The Call Box uses STC12C5A60S2as the main chip of microcontroller, and thedecoder chip is combined with the FSK and DTMF signal. The paper design a detailedsoftware and hardware to achieve FSK signal reception, the access of number and the MCUDTMF dialing controlled by Android display, then devise and test of a prototype. The CallBox is USB-powered and communicate with the display and the control terminalWIFI-UART module as a server.Android display and control side takes the load of the Android SDK in Eclipse as adevelopment platform, use the Java language, and take ViewPage to control switching of thethree pages in one Activity, which reduced the time for development. Android display andcontrol client can not only obtain orders, control the process and take data statistics, but alsorecord the call content and store it in the address book.Call Box designed in this paper used in small Takeaway business, mainly distributed incampus and around the office building. While the practitioners should have a basicknowledge of computer, which will speed up the order processing for catering industry.
