The fiber optic gyroscope has been widely used in various fields with many advantages. However,it has some drawbacks, which is very sensitive to the temperature of working environment. In order toreduce the influence of temperature on the accuracy of fiber optic gyroscope, the outputting accuracycan be improved by temperature compensated. In view of the temperature monitoring and storageconvenience, a temperature measurement system does not only have the temperature measuringfunction but also storing the temperature data automatically in a long period to process and analyze thedata. Therefore, it is very important for research, development, production and test of fiber opticgyroscope to design temperature measurement storage system with wide range and high-precisionAiming to develop precision fiber optic gyroscope and monitor temperature in the wholeprocess, a wide range and high-precision temperature measurement storage systems isdesigned.First, the overall scheme of the temperature measurement storage system is designedbased on the analysis of the functional and performance requirements. Then comparisonmethod is implemented in detection circuit and PT1000is chosen as temperature sensor,together with high-performance multi-channel selector switch, the multi-channel temperaturemeasurement circuit is designed. The output of circuit is carried out through AD7793, a24bits high-precision A/D converter. Least square fit algorithm is chosen in the design Sectionaland the nonlinear error of the temperature measurement is corrected by temperature curvefitting. Real-time clock, system temperature detection and temperature alarm circuit aredesigned with DS3231M so that some information can be provide and processed easily. Inorder to make the system meet the needs of high-precision temperature measurement in thedetection system temperature, temperature measurement, temperature compensation, allowingthe system to work in a wide temperature range. SD card is chosen as temperature datastorage device and the temperature data storage module is designed. The driver program ofSD card is designed according to the SPI communication protocol. At he same time, the filemanagement system FATl6and FAT32are built in views of FAT file system, which is usedfor storage of temperature data automatically and convenient for PC to read data stored in theSD card. The data need to be sent the specified location to use. After completion of thetemperature automatic data acquisition and storage, CP2102is chosen as UART/USBconversion chip and the communication circuit is completed. The real-time temperature datacan be sent to upper PC through the USB interface. The design of man-machine interaction module is completed using LCD12864LCD module and independent keyboard.At last, the reliability and accuracy of temperature data automatic storage system isverified based on the design of the hardware system and software system.
