The fiber optic gyroscope based on the Sagnac effect for the basic theory, measurementvector rotation angular velocity or the angle of the new type of optical gyroscope. Comparedto traditional mechanical gyroscope with wide dynamic range, low cost, long life, highreliability. Compared with traditional gyro, the FOG relatively late development, but itsinherent advantages make FOG from behind the trend, widely used in the marine, aviationand aerospace. With the the FOG accuracy of increasing, various systems exist within theimpact of noise on the accuracy of the gyro output is more and more obvious. On the basis ofinterferometric fiber optic gyroscope works FOG system noise, and with reference to therelevant literature, a particular model of existing FOG noise isolation and noise reductionprocessing. The main contents include the following aspects:First of all, the noise of interferometric fiber optic gyro systems exist within thequantitative analysis, that is the FOG noise divided into: shot noise, thermal noise andintensity noise. Various noise characteristics, were found in a variety of noise and light sourcestrength of the relationship, as the basis, through the depth modulation noise of a particularmodel FOG three separation, intensity noise of the Model FOG main noise source.Secondly, on the basis of the study of interferometric fiber optic gyroscope digitalclosed-loop control works, the establishment of a digital closed-loop interference fiber opticgyroscope dynamic linear mathematical model, a mathematical simulation simulink softwareverification system noise intransfer process in the gyroscopic system, provides a theoreticalbasis for the noise reduction effect.Finally, the noise subtraction the FOG noise reduction algorithm, and the completion ofthe design process of the hardware and software, and gain tracking algorithm is described indetail. Allan variance of the noise reduction effect was evaluated.
