The Design And Implementation Of The Engineering Quality Supervision System For A Large Enterprise Project

The project quality supervision management system of China’s large-scale enterprise is mostly following the traditional management model, there are many deficiencies either in the project supervision management, or in the management of supervisory personnel and other aspects, which absolutely have hampered China’s supervisory authority’s management and development of the project quality supervision for large-scale enterprise. Paper statistics and manual management is a mainstream way of the traditional project quality supervision management work. Nowadays, the nation make many efforts to promote paperless office, this backward management mode has many shortcomings, such as poor reliability of data, poor maintenance, low efficiency, and difficult statistical analysis work. Therefore, in order to respond to national call, it is need to quickly develop a project quality supervision management system.In the development process of this system, development framework used struts+spring+hibernated, an integrated framework, referred to as SSH framework, which is an currently popular open source JAVA Web application framework for software development. Struts is an MVC framework based on J2EE platform, mainly be acquired by the Service and JSP technology; Spring J2EE development framework could solve many common problems, which advocates developers to programming in interfaces rather than in classes; Spring is a framework that using nversion of Control container with JavaBean property as architecture base, and provides a powerful and flexible MVC Web framework which can integrating with Ioc container.In the design and development process of this system, in order to try to meet the functional requirements of the user and implement the project quality supervision and management work for large-scale enterprise, it achieves six basic functions, including job management function, supervisory personnel management function, project supervision management function, statistical analysis function, monitoring stations’ notification function and query function. Job management could implement the management work of backlogs, applying supervisory projects of construction unit, and subject toliability; project supervision management function is required to implement such six sub-functions:supervision of registration procedures, supervision of preparation, quality supervision of construction preparation phase, quality supervision of construction phase, quality supervision of completion acceptance phase, and supervision of late work; statistical analysis function is required to implement three functions, including regular quarterly report query, custom time report query, and comprehensive statistical analysis. Only by achieving these six functions and their corresponding sub-functions, can the system ensure the basic needs of users.The results showed that some large enterprises which have used the system did very well in the project quality supervision management work, like greatly improved the efficiency of supervisory personnel’s work, saved a lot of unnecessary expenses, and achieved good economic benefits. After putting the system into operation, it also shows up good management performance, and is easy to maintain, while ensuring the security of enterprise’s privacy data privacy as much as possible.
