Project as the most extensive implementation of economic activity, has anirreplaceable position in the global economy. project management, the varioustypes of project resource such as manpower, funds are allocated and transferred inorder to ensure the implementation of the project on time, has attracted more andmore people’ attention. Project scheduling and control as the core of projectmanagement, plays a key role for the success of the project. The projectscheduling problem as the core of project planning and control has also beenwidespread concern of scholars in recent years. But in the process of projectscheduling, because the combined effect of many factors, project activities starttime, end time, activity durations and other parameters in many cases can beestimated the inaccurate values, making the project schedule to obtain optimalresults more difficultly. Therefore, the traditional project scheduling methodshave been unable to meet the needs of existing scheduling problem.To solve this problem, this paper begins from the project scheduling problem,firstly using the fuzzy set theory, the inaccuracy of activity duration of projectand the available time of the resource are described, and the calculation methodof the fuzziness factor is give, therefore, the project scheduling model withinaccuracy activity duration is set up.To shorten the delivery date, based on the fuzzy theory, combining thetriangular fuzzy function and four-point fuzzy numbers, the representation ofmembership function method is given to set up the fuzzy project schedulingmodel. The ant colony algorithm which solve project scheduling problem is putforward and compared with existing algorithms. In project implementation process, the objective factor may led projectdeviate from the original plan. In order to keep the stability of the originalschedule plan, the rescheduling is using to adjust the plan. The decision function,its value getting the date form monitoring points, is judging whether reschedulingis needed. For this part, the algorithms of rescheduling is present and theeffectiveness is verified by an example of rescheduling.Finally, through examples, prove the feasibility and effectiveness of thisalgorithm.
