The paper researches in complicated electromagnetic environment in army field, proposes a new method in one-to-multiple Laser Communication Terminal called fully optical acquisition. Compared with acquisition by GPS/INS navigation system, the new method has strong ability of anti-electromagnetic interference. This article, mainly analyzed the technology of fully optical acquisition and its strategy, puts forward an elliptical beacon light realizing fully optical acquisition method, and establishes a mathematic model of scanning acquisition and then discusses the parameters of beam spot shape, and the result shows that, this method can realize the beacon light of capture, and provides feasible technology solutions for laser communications under the complicated electromagnetic environment through the reasonable design beam divergence angle and scanning speed. In the end of the paper, the experiment was done between the two platforms, the distance of which is one kilometer. The results demonstrated that the fully optical acquisition meets the requirement.
