With the continuous development of the times and the progress of science and technology, enterprise such as a for-profit to survive as the first meaning of the group, in the gradual globalization of supply and demand, transparency today, is suffering the test of time. A good enterprise should have external competitiveness and internal control, this article from the procurement chain to improve the internal control on costs and thus improve external competitiveness and increase the share of market share. Ultimately, achieve the ultimate goal of enterprise profit maximization. This paper is to study multiple vendors supply a variety of merchandise to buyers, and each commodity strategies are used under conditions of price discounts, buyers how to allocate their order quantity so that the lowest total cost of procurement issues.This article on a single order and repeatedly ordering two cases were constructed to purchase costs, ordering costs, the cost of maintaining inventory and more constrained minimization objective mathematical programming model. And hybrid genetic algorithm and nonlinear programming Combination based in MATLAB software as a platform to MATLAB programming language for high-level language for the two models for algorithm design and model solution, the last two examples to validate the model and algorithms correctness and effectiveness.
